Working with Crystal at EveryBody Lactation was a dream come true. It was a wish of mine to one day breastfeed my baby, and having struggled with infertility for many years, we were finally blessed with our baby girl via adoption. Crystal was integral in our breastfeeding journey. She provided hands-on training for us and great educational tools to begin inducing lactation, pumping, and supplemental nursing. Now our wish is a reality and I’m able to do supplemental nursing, bonding with my baby in a way I never thought possible. I will forever be grateful for Crystal, and cannot recommend her services enough.

Let me start off by saying how wonderful Crystal is not only as a lactation consultant, but also as a person! From our very first conversation, I could tell I was in good hands. She was patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and empathetic. She really put my mind at ease and I’m so grateful for that. She helped me establish the basics and guided me through the transitions — developmental transitions for baby and life transitions, like back to work, for me. Crystal was always very encouraging and supportive, while also being realistic and working with me towards goals that made sense for my baby and my family. Crystal provided me with great resources that I could refer back to whenever needed. She was very easy to connect with remotely and I always felt comfortable working with her. So needless to say, Crystal was AMAZING throughout my breastfeeding and pumping journeys. Crystal is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and does an amazing job communicating and explaining breastfeeding concepts to troubleshoot issues. I found my primary care provider, pediatrician, and most Lactation Consultants were really lacking in the ability to help me troubleshoot issues. Crystal is supportive of my decision, regardless of what I want to do and had great tips on resolving any road blocks. For example, I was having some pain when I started pumping before going back to work. She asked a bunch of questions and helped me resolve it by changing my flange size, pump strength, and adding heat. I would recommend her to any breastfeeding mom needing support through their breastfeeding journey.
